[amsat-bb] No RUDAK / K-Tx on July 4th

AO-40 Status Update:

After discussions with the RUDAK team, we have inactivated the RUDAK 
session, as well as the K-Tx sessions on 7/4.
This one day schedule change is NOT reflected in the N-block.
