[amsat-bb] AO-7 VHF Field Day next weekend

Hi all,
It is probably a good idea to avoid using AO-7 mode-B
next weekend (6-7 Juli, 14 - 14 UTC.)
, since there this is the weekend with VHF and higher Field Day.

The same applies to the second Tuesday every month, where there is
the Nordic UHF contest (1700 - 2100 UTC).
