Take off the drag factor (its dropped 15-20 miles since launch) and what do 
you get. This has my vote. But if someone complained to NORAD about
publishing false data they'd probably change the format of the 2-line
elements again. Best to let sleeping NORADs lie.

BTW AO7 *is* old enough to vote ... but not old enough to make President
of the USA yet (W2RS tells me). Hmmmm ... better not get political.
