AO-07 copied portable :-)

Hi folks,

just copied AO-07 after several attempts
yesterday and today. This time the bird
was in B mode. Easily copiable with a
1/4 whip and about 5 meters of RG-58.
Not to speak of a handheld 4 element Yagi
to my IC202S both my 202S and 402S are
crystalled for AO-07 :-)

CW telemetry also copiable with the IC202S
and a rubber duck whip :-)

Very hectic moment without time to take
notes, but slightly chirpy CW telemetry
and a strong F6 SSB station in the passband.
Copied about two minutes (was late due to
an ATV session) before loss of signal
at an elevation of about 2 degrees (slant
range about 4300 km). I believe this
to be orbit 26363 at ~17:00 UTC today, the
27th. of June, 2002.

I still cannot believe the old thing is
still up there and holding out - this is
pretty cool :-) :-) :-)
