AO-7 morning telemetry

Morning pass over Europe started quite promising at 05:10z on 145.975
nominal:

180 103 180 180
287 253 227 252
303 377 389 360
420 496 442 489
568 568 568 568
696 696 696 696

There it probably went haywire because the next rows were all equal
horizontally:

180 2xx 324 496 568 696

After that the beacon vanished in QSB. 02167 keps seem to be rather OK but
they might be 3-5 minutes late because beacon was on 145.973 when WinOrb
indicated zero doppler. Or the beacon freq is 2 kHz low. Satellite was well
illuminated according to gray line.

The W3GEY spread sheet sent to the list by Jim White, makes for some
exciting telemetry decoding. However the 6A to 6C lines should obviously be
mW instead of mA.
http://members.aol.com/rogerkola/chart.bmp gives more background info on the
parameters.
