Field Day Exchange

The typical report given by a home station operating from power mains
is 1D ( one transmitter, class D). This is followed by the ARRL
Section identifier ( San Francisco section is SF). Thus, if I operate
from home my report is 1D SF.

This year IARU Region 2 stations are invited to participate fully in
Field Day activities and submit scores to ARRL for inclusion in the
results.

The ARRL advised the following for DX stations reports," DX stations
should give as their sent exchange their entry category (i.e. 1D) as
well as the designation "DX" in lieu of an ARRL section ID". Thus,
G0MRF might well send the following report; 1D DX.

I hope this helps and good luck.

73,
Steve
