[amsat-bb] PCSat still going

Just got three telem' beacons over ZL, before it ran out of steam..
NZ Winter time = UTC-12

[20:13:08] NODIGI>BEACON,SGATE <UI>:T#066,074,068,074,077,213,00111111,0101,1

After this I only heard one more frame but it choked off, never to be
heard agin for this pass.
