These predicted frequencies are calculated by using
WinTrak (Paul E.Traufler) for US use, and Calsat32
(Masanori Aida / JR1HUO) for JPN use.

These predicted frequencies contain some Doppler shift.
AO-40, 2401.323MHz +/-doppler
UO-11, 2401.500MHz +/-doppler
