[amsat-bb] 7X0DX on AO-40 active

AS announced 7X0DX aka 9V1XE showed up this morning on AO-40 about 40 kHz above 
the beacon.
In my forwarding for today Mirek said USA "WEST"-coast. That is a mistake. He 
only gets a part of the EAST COAST at all in NA.
