[amsat-bb] AO-40 spurious carriers up and down MB

I copy at ma 129 near apogee two unmodulated carrier 25Kkz down and 85khz up the MB. Signals are 
faint about 1 or 2 DB above noise. They dissapear at MA 130 when MB was shut down at RUDAK. Dont 
think it was locally generated it was drifted at the pace of MB doppler shift.

Any clues?
