[amsat-bb] IDEFIX CU2

Dear OM's
CU2 is probably near its end of life, batt voltage was 9.2 V at last
pass, therefore it is important that we get the latest bits of tlm. We
would really appreciate tlm reports from the passes of 0100 and 0300 TU.
