[amsat-bb] AO40 L2 uplink no distorsion

Hi  All

Following the new AO40 schedule on orbit 709 from MA 160 to MA 200
no distorsion was heard using L2 band uplink,and modulation was very 
clear without FMing  with very good quality.

>From MA 36 to MA 116 orbit 709 AO40 was not available here for a 
comparative report using  the L1 uplink.
