[amsat-bb] bloody smd bits :P. help someone pls :)

hi there,

ive got one of the k5gna transystem aidc 3731 downconverters, and im looking
for the IF pre-amp smd, the chip has RF6Z on top.

just wondering if anyone knows where to get them from, or knows what i can
replace it with.

it doesnt seem to like 35w of cw going into it.
lucky i wasnt using ssb, im sure that would have blown something else up :)

thanks for ANY help on this, ive been looking for the past 3-4 days and the
net isnt being much help :/
