[amsat-bb] CAPCOM Ballon Launch from New Hampshire fails to deflate

The first CAPCOM  launch from the HossTraders Hamfest this Saturday near 
Concord, NH failed to burst at the specified altitude and has been determined 
to have landed near Provincetown on Cape Cod...

This is a simplex/GPS/UNOROTO packet package which will respond to :

CQ VIA CAPCOM on UNPROTO Packet on the freq 147.62 simplex...it also sends 
out a beacon every 30 secs on the same frequency...

Anyone who is wandering around that area with a 2 meter rig might check the 
frequency and become a hero.... ;-)

I have also been advised that the 3rd launch did not activate the GPS and is 
thought to have gone down in SE NH or NE Mass....this one has failed to 
respond to a search by plane...it is there somewhere also....and responds the 
same way

The second launch was recovered by GPS 40' up in a tree on someone's 
backyard...
