Re: Special Bulletin - new satellite
Congratulations Rick!
I'm not an engineer, and really don't consider myself a technician,
and I put together a "garden shack", primarily for testing antennas and
feeds for less than $400. It is completely portable; will use it on FD.
See it at:

under gardn*.*
It works just as well as my permanent station.
If these gents insist on using "cb radios (FM voice)", then let them suffer,
but a lot of us wish they would do it on their "cb radios" and not here!!
The very fact they have to complain here makes it obvious that they have no
way to "communicate" using their "choice"!!
The idiotic "two user satellite" usually amounts to a "no user" with the bedlam
that usually goes on. It certainly fails to meet any criteria I have
with respect to either any experimenting or to anything approaching
communications.
