But where does that argument end?  Should we burden our progress by
requiring that all of our satellites fly CB transponders because
otherwise we would be requiring CB'ers to upgrade?  I konw lots of fine CB
folks and many  CB folks upgrade to ham radio.  Most of them don't
complain all that much about it...   They accept the fact, that they get
more in return by making a little more effort.
