It was worse than that. Someone was connecting numerous times to the
COMMAND channel and had us completely locked out. Not only were we unable
to restore PCsat for normal operations (it had reset sometime overnight),
but we had a student in here early today all ready to begin her
very important research project with the PCsat GPS.

There are only two overhead passes a day, and consdiering the rest of her
very demanding schedule at the Academy, it is only once every few days
that a pass occurs when she can make it to the command station. This
morning was her day. But we could do nothing because of this other
station.

TUrns out, we could only turn on the GPS this week due to a one-week
maximumm sun period, and she will not be able to get back until next week.
and so we will now have to wait another month until we get good sun again
to do her experiment. But then during that time, she is on summer
assignments, and so her next chance at full sun is September.

PCsat has very clear guidelines for operations: That is as a DIGIPEATER
for everyone, but no connections from anyone... (unless signed up for
special experiments)
