Hi Don,
Nova for Windows doesn't tune radios unless you get the add-on Nova_Tune.
This is a little box that attaches to the parallel port and has the software
and drivers for quite a few radios including the FT-847. The KCTT requires
drivers to interface the tracking software to the board -- I think WISP has
the necessary drivers to tune radios with KCTT (WISP does have a FT-847
driver). Nova for Windows does directly drive the tracker portion of the
KCTT to aim antennas (I have only used a Track Box so I am taking the
manuals word on this). You can download PDF's of the NOVA manuals from the
