[amsat-bb] RE: Over the horizon

AL,
I have noticed and used the diffraction quite often,  i have a hill near by and have copied ao-40 -8 deg
below the horizon.  You cant get back into the bird on U but i suspect if i had L i might be able to do
the same on the uplink, either way its intrestiing and fun.
