Actually, that was a mobile KD7PIE on the ground...

Actually, this one doesnt count either, since that is a pseudo PCsat
position report generated on the ground but sent to PCsat in APRS 3rd
party format so that it will come down from PCsat as if it had sent it.
My PCsat command software does this on all oribits once a minute.

I actually captured two $GPGGA's form PCsat, but apparently your list
above happened to miss those two packets..
