Hi Jim,

I'll add to Don's comment. You need to make sure the
"rxconverter" parameter in the config file is the same as
your actual local oscillator frequency. For a 2400 to 144
converter, the nominal is 2256.000 MHz but most of the converters
are between a few KHz off to way, way, off-frequency. They also
tend to be temperature sensitive. You might need to tweak the
parameter to get the beacon to be nominally at 145.323.

InstantTune also depends on having good Keplerian elements and
an accurate PC clock.
