PCsat OPS-NORMAL.

Since PCsat finally made it through one orbit without a reset over a week
ago, it was able to remember its settings and stay in low power mode
and to get a near full charge. It has been fully operational for over a
week.

THus, we are removing the day-time only restrictions and returning PCsat
to NORMAL OPS. This condition should last at least 2 more weeks. But
since PCsat's batteries are aging, we ask that routine unattended ops
still not be done after dark. Save it for the humans...

So you are welcome to use it, but with gentleness.. ;-)
