I analyzed two telemetry frames from NO-44(PCSat) at Apr 14.

1200bps AFSK, 144.390MHz

Temp -Z        : 0*71^3+0*71^2+0.3414*71-19.71=  4.5 [C]
B-Batt A Volt  : 0*167^3+0*167^2+0.09774*167+0= 16.3 [V]
B-Batt B Volt  : 0*172^3+0*172^2+0.09457*172+0= 16.3 [V]
Power out B    : 0*75^3+0*75^2+0.0223*75+0=      1.7 [V]
8V Reg B       : 0*224^3+0*224^2+0.0351*224+0=   7.9 [V]
