[amsat-bb] InstantTune V1.10 for ICOM

Dear Friends,

This note announces the availability of
InstantTune V1.10. InstantTune works with
InstantTrack to provide "transparent"
automatic Doppler tuning.

This version adds support for ICOM radios.
There are 3 new drivers including:
ic910 for the IC-910
ic821 for the IC-970, IC-820, and IC-821
icom  for the "non-satellite" ICOM radios.

who patiently tested, and re-tested, the new drivers
with the IC-910, R-8500, IC-821, and IC-765.
