[amsat-bb] PCsat Alive and well

PCsat has had a perfect recovery and is fully functional on daylight
passes.  Since it recovered Last Sunday, it has not had one reset.
This is a big change from 14 resets a day for 25 days!

We encourage daylight operation only so that we dont run the batteries
down at night, but if you are doing a special demo for a group or club or
other special activity, or are traveling in remote areas, you are welcome
to send a few packets at night.
