Hi Holger maybe was Kolibri' because I have seen keps from this sat are very 
critical and not updated daily.
On monday during PCsat pass there was strong signal from RS-21 and on my 
traking software RS-21 was not in AOS.

If you are able to decode CW signal in FM (by heard carrier ON/OFF) we can 
see if really was RS-21.
