[amsat-bb] AEA VHF/UHF analyst

Has anyone had problems with an AEA VHF/UHF Analyst?

Using a variety of quality 50 ohm loads including ones good to 10 GHz,
we can not get the SWR analyzer to show anything better than 1.4 to 1.

We refreshed the batteires, and went through the calibration procedure in
the manual getting the R and F symbols to align.  We have also tried very
long lossy 50 ohm cables, and nothing will get below about 1.3/1.4 to 1.
