[amsat-bb] PCsat PLOTS AVAILABLE

Thanks to Johann Lochner, ZR1CBC, we now have a full orbit model of the
solar angles of PCsat with its assumed magnetic stabilization.  As
expected, PCsat is through the worst (about 1 APril) and will be peaking
around 20 APril.  Lets hope there is enough capacity in the batteires
remaining to take advantage of it.
