AO-40 Uplink Question

I would like confirmation of which uplink passband is active: 23cm(1) or
23cm(2). I've got my antennas setup in a temporary arrangement and have been
having some difficulty hearing myself on the downlink. After exchanging
email with one person, I was given a number for the K constants of the UHF
and 23cm uplinks to subtract from the 13cm downlink to find my transmit
frequency. However, the number I was given puts the uplink in the 23cm(2)
band. According to ANS-posted info for AO-40 that I read tonight, it is
saying the U/L-1 bands are being used. Is 3669.765 the correct 23cm K
constant for the current L band uplink, or is there a different one?
