I also thought this was rather silly.

Any terrorist that can use a Satellite Phone or computer for emaill could
figure out the time.
I think it's just silly.  Maybe the real reason is for NASA to some how save
money.  Who knows?

The good side to this is.  Many people will now learn how to use
InstantTrack :-)
