Run PCSAT.EXE and the telemetry graphics page has a graphics window
that shows the state of each bit and what each bit represents...

 0xxxxxxx = UHF RX A OFF
 x0xxxxxx = UHF RX B OFF
 xx0xxxxx = GPS ON
 xxx0xxxx = Reset the other TNC
 xxxx0xxx = Clear the 72 hour fail safe hardware timer
 xxxxx0xx = A = Up B side power by 2 dB. B = Select MITEL or NMEA GPS data
 xxxxxx0x = Turn on LEDs (80 bright red LED's on -Z face)
 xxxxxxx0 = Activate 10 second synchronizer (PTT only once in 10 secs)

 1xxx = Activate battery isolate relay
 x1xx = Activate Transmitter isolate relay
 xxNN = 00,01,10,11 Telemetry Frame Counter.
