There's a number of options. Linux is probably the most "integrated" system
for packet (native AX25 kernel support :) ), but if you're stuck with
Windows, you can still use your TCP/IP apps over packet, if you install the
right software. AGWPE has a TCP/IP driver that ties the Windows TCP/IP
stack to packet radio, for instance.
