Hi Wayne,

I found the AO-40 downlink this morning (Monday) to be 4 to 6 db down
from normal here.  I thought the rain we had overnight might have caused
the problem because I get some detuning of the matching sections on my
quad helix when it rains.  Maybe that was not the case at all, however.
