Leila was also being troubled by lots of Pave Paws radar. I wonder how much
these pulses can actually pull down the AGC level?
It would be nice to have them switched off for just a couple of minutes so
that the change in the AGC level could be recorded....
(Actually it would be nice if they could just be switched off or QSY'd!)
Anyway as it has been a holiday here in the Uk, as elsewhere, it was very
pleasing to here so many stations active on AO40 this morning (at least
until we were all dragged out to attend to the gardening).
It was really wonderful to hear the S2 transmitter passband sounding like a
cross between 80 and 20 meters.
