[amsat-bb] AO27 telemetry

Hi All
AO27 switched on as expected 25min after entering sunlight today @1102&33s 
UTC but tx telemetry.
I managed to capture some of it ,ie:-

Fm 290-7 To -12 <DISC P [DAMA] Len=46 >[11:05:42]
114d [573/04:51:32] [Mon Apr 01 11:05:23 2002]
