[amsat-bb] MixW Sending UI packets?

How do you get MixW32 to send unconnected packets for ISS and PCSAT? I don't
seem to be able to get it to send a UI packet, period. It only permits xmit
when connected, as far as I can tell.

It will beacon just fine, but hitting enter in the TX window produces no
output.

It's gotta be something obvious! (Or you can't get there from here). Tnx, 73
