[amsat-bb] Digital Sat status Feb 4

GO-32  435.225MHz  9600bps  FSK : Heard at KISS mode


I could capture the beacon from GO-32 (TechSat-1b)
at 23:56z Feb 3 - 00:06z Feb 4, 2002.  Thanks JN1GKZ.

The part of "..." in the data above consists of the secret
telemetry.  These were solved how to analysis the data such
as the current time in this telemetry by JJ1WKT, Kazu Sakamoto
in 1998.  And I, JE9PEL, developed a "TechTime" program for
this analysis with Japanese language.
