Hi Guys
Signals on AO10 during this past week have been excellent here in the UK.
Terry G1WPR and myself have been having a good ragchew on 900 around14.00hz+
this week hoping to encourage guys to use it,with very little responce
Don't rely on the beacon. We have found that the 'fade' is around
10-15min,after that the signal starts to improve for about 15-20min and then
the cycle repeats itself
During the 'up' periods the signals can be between 5/3-6
AO10 is starting to move away from Stateside now but will return in about
anothers weeks time
We will continue to monitor 900 whilst the orbit is favourable.......There's
still a lot of life left in the old bird.
Hope to catch you on it
