[amsat-bb] Satellite EQX calculation ?

Hi AMSATs,

I am looking for some easy way to calculate the EQX of satellites, so I can 
use it with the OSCARLATOR system.

Maybe there is some kind of program, or some easy way to calculate it ?
I prefer the calculation way, but a PC program would also be very helpfull.
