One normally prays that at the output of a voltage
regulator chain, intended to deliver 10V, that it is
somewhere near 10V.

The 10V bus voltage measurement in the BCR (channel 0x10) never has been
equal to the sum of the battery voltages.  The 10V measurement in the
receiver has generally been closer to the sum of the batteries and is the
one we consider more accurate.  Additionally one of the battery voltages
has always been suspect, if I remember it was bat 6.  We believe these
differences were due to small calibration errors that add up when you sum
the battery voltages.

However, it's entirely possibly that some measurements have gone
bad.  These birds are almost exactly 12 years old now.
