Hi, Ray,

If I may add my $0.02.  Bob's got a good point - that we should approach 
matters with an open mind.  Better we should meet whomever is responsible 
for this bird on friendly terms, no matter the source.  That way, we're 
mostly likely to get good cooperation no matter how this works out.  Other 
avenues remain available, if needed.
