[amsat-bb] Simple 24 GHz polarizer

Hi all ye K band frieks,

JA1ATI did some experimental work with a K band LHCP
polarizer for use on AO-40 K band. This design now
uses the familiar delay line method using two sets of
screws. The results are still very good, with an 
ellipticity less than 1 dB. For more details see the
