Hi,
MAROC-TUBSAT, BADR-B, et al, were launched from Baikonur December 10, 2001,
not January 10, 2002 as I had said previously. MAROC-TUBSAT's
International Designator of 01056D reflects the fact that it was placed
into orbit during 2001. Sorry for the confusion.
