[amsat-bb] Mystery Sat Possibilities

After my last bit of research I found several satellites in similar orbits
to Badr B and Maroc-Tubsat.. All of the following were launched Dec, 10th,
2001. Elements are from www.celestrak.com, information on the sats can be
found at www.spaceandtech.com
