[amsat-bb] AO40 Computer crash

Hi all,

No syncronization vector 39 15 ED 30 was present in the AO40 
TLM  during orbit 564 at MA 15 and probably the computer
crashed.

OK2AQK  recognized the same situation at MA 5.6 same orbit

The transponder is ON now at MA 19.4 at 06:08 UTC and apparently
it is regularly funtioning.

Please see what appens at MA 56 and 60 during transponder 
switch OFF and ON again.
