[amsat-bb] FY5DG active from Kourou on AO40

To day Jan 12  at 14:35 UTC, on AO40, MA 54, orbit 553, FY5DG Chriss, was
operating  from Kourou GJ35JD in SSB about  25 KHz  above the beacon.

Chriss signals using 50 W uplink where strong  to be copied on two way QSO
but where affected by strong QSB because of 35 degrees squint angle.

Try after MA 60 same orbit to day
