[amsat-bb] Mod for 790A

Looking for mod for rcvr muting disable. It is hard listening when using
CAT with the 790A.. Saw article somewhere, but cannot find it now that I
need it...The FOD rs232 interface I built works great..it is the radio
that gives me a headache.
