PCsat operations plan

>From now until Jan 21st, (and later if we can keep the batteries up)
PCsat will digipeat via the following UI digi callsigns to make station
configuration switching easier between ground APRS use, ISS and PCsat:

 * RELAY / WIDE are for compatibility with normal APRS mobile ground users
 * NOCALL is for compatibility with the ISS.
 * APRSAT is for compatibility with future satellites
 * W3ADO-1 is so that it is still usable even if a RESET has occurred.

NOTE-1. Please do not use W3ADO-1 if the telemetry shows 11111111. This
means no automatic or unattended use of this path nor manned use until
a valid telemetry has been received. Use of the other calls at any time
is OK, since they will default to OFF if a reset has occured.

NOTE-2. CONNECTIONS of any kind TO or THROUGH PCsat are not authorized.

NOTE-3. It would sure be nice if ISS used a MYALIAS of "APRSAT" to make
mobile operation between PCsat and ISS transparent other than a simple QSY
during the pass.

NOTE-4. The B side 144.39 downlink is available for special applications
wherever such down link is authorized. Apply for access with details of
your event or evolution.

Always keep abreast of PCsat operations via the PCsat web page..
