[amsat-bb] Is RS-12 transponder working?

Greetings to all! Some weeks since I have not been on the air on RS-12. This
afternoon, when the satellite was passing over Mexico, I heard its beacon
with 579 signals but I could not receive my transmissions through the bird.
This was today, Friday 4, at 2017Z on A mode.

 So my question is: Is the RS-12 transponder working or is it off?
