[amsat-bb] HP "Colours"

Hi Guys,
             Been confused for some time by references in used 
equipment sales adverts to "old" and "new" Hp Test Equipment 
colours.
   Photo in eBay item 1685244952 shows similar items in two 
colours.   For my information could someone please confirm which 
is the "old" and which is the "new" colour and when (what year) did 
the switch take place?
    ( An opportunity not to be missed! )
